with Lauren Wash, M.A., a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at UNC Chapel Hill and licensed mental health counselor. Approved for 1.5 NYS CE credits, this interactive seminar will explore the complexities of eating disorders across diverse communities, perfectionism, self-esteem, and psychosocial factors. Lauren will share insights from her research, including the cultural impacts of perfectionism, colorism, and hair politics among Black girls and women.
