About the Presenter: Andrea Schneer, LCSW
With an M.S.W. from Adelphi University, a Master’s in Counseling from L.I.U., and a certificate in psychoanalysis from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, Andrea Schneer has extensive experience in psychiatric and eating disorder treatment. She has worked at Kingsboro Psychiatric Center, Holliswood Hospital, and the Renfrew Center of New York, where she served as Clinical Supervisor. Schneer has also taught trauma and eating disorder courses at the Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia for over 18 years. Schneer currently maintains a private practice in NYC.
