We enter Pride Month this year mindful of the ongoing challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly transgender individuals, in the fight for equality and basic human rights.

In the face of discriminatory laws and policies, transgender individuals continue to experience heightened levels of stress, anxiety, and fear for their safety and well-being. As a provider of mental health services to the LGBTQIA+ community, it is our responsibility to provide care for those who are most vulnerable to the harmful effects of discrimination and prejudice.

This Pride Month, let us recommit ourselves to the fight for equality and justice for all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Let us amplify the voices of transgender individuals and advocate for policies that affirm their identities, protect their rights, and promote their mental health and well-being.

As we celebrate Pride Month, let us honor the resilience, strength, and beauty of all individuals, and let us stand together in solidarity against hate and discrimination. Together, we can create a world where everyone can live authentically, free from fear and prejudice.

Happy Pride Month!

With love and solidarity,
