You’re invited to an Information Session for ICP’s Trauma Studies Center! Join us to learn about the Two-Year Trauma Training Program in psychological trauma theory and clinical practice offered by the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in New York City.
At this session, you’ll hear from program leadership and seasoned faculty about the curriculum, which integrates neurobiology, attachment theory, trauma processing models, and supervised clinical experience. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about eligibility, application requirements, the Drs. Kenneth & Mamie Clark Scholarship, and how this certificate prepares clinicians to treat traumatized clients with skill and confidence.
Note: To be eligible for our program, you will need to have a master’s in mental health field like social work or mental health counseling, or a doctorate in psychology or other mental health profession in NYS.

Please note that refunds for all ICP workshops are available up until one week before the start of the workshop or module. Fees assessed by third-party ticketing or payment processors are outside of our control and cannot be refunded. We are unable to issue refunds for technical difficulties, including platform issues, internet connectivity, or device-related problems.
An Important Note About CEs
ICP is an approved provider of continuing education credits for social workers, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, creative arts therapists, psychologists, and psychoanalysts through the New York State Education Department. If your license is from another state, please contact your state’s licensing board to find out whether it will accept New York State CE credits, and enter your license number followed by your state in parentheses (e.g., 54321 (CA)).
