  • Health at Every Size in the Age of GLP-1RAs: Is the HAES Framework Still Relevant?

    This virtual presentation, led by Melainie Rogers on May 29, 2026, examines whether the Health at Every Size (HAES) framework remains relevant in a culture increasingly dominated by GLP-1RA medications like Ozempic. The session explores the tension between body-neutral health approaches and the renewed societal pressure for weight loss driven by the widespread availability and celebrity endorsement of these drugs. Targeted at clinicians and students, the event offers 1.5 NYS continuing education credits and focuses on navigating the current "whiplash" of diet culture.

  • Working with No Sex Couples: Creating Potential Space for Erotic Transformation

    When couples haven’t had sex

    in a long time they often feel hopeless and therapists often feel unsure how to help them. This presentation will explore how to shift couples from a state of sexual disconnection to an experience of erotic discovery.

    We will discuss how to understand common underlying dynamics as well as identify and transform narratives maintaining sexual avoidance.
