ICP's Alumni Association (SICP) is excited to host a Trauma Reading Group, offering our community the opportunity to come together for engaging discussions on four different books. We invite current candidates, graduates, supervisors, and alumni—both recent and longstanding—to join one or more of these discussions, led by our esteemed instructor and supervisor Rose Latino.
This is a chance to engage in meaningful conversations and earn continuing education credits in a relaxed, non-academic setting. Together, we’ll explore contemporary trauma-related readings, from memoirs to books on treatment philosophies, offering space to share your thoughts and feelings.
Each book will be discussed over two sessions. You can register for as many groups as your time and interest allow. Through SICP, we hope to offer more collegial events like this, making ICP your professional home and re-engaging those who may not have been in touch recently.
Pricing is $30 per two-session reading group, 15% discount for registering for two or more reading groups

2 CEs for each two-session reading group
**Rose is inviting a co-leader for each group. Co-leaders participate free of charge. If you're interested in co-leading a group, please reach out directly to Rose at roselatino@gmail.com. This is a great opportunity to learn or refine group leadership skills with an experienced leader.

A poignant memoir of loss, identity, and Korean food, Michelle Zauner explores grief and connection through her relationship with her late mother.
An important note about CEs: ICP is an approved provider of continuing education credits for social workers, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, creative arts therapists, psychologists, and psychoanalysts through the New York Department of Education. If your license is from a different state, please contact your state’s licensing board to find out if they will accept CE credits for New York State. If your license is from another state, please enter your license number with your state in parenthesis, ie 54321 (CA).
