ICP joined NIP for a virtual event; Supporting Vulnerable Communities: Clinical and Legal Perspectives in a Shifting Landscape. The Trauma committee and PCGS worked on this together and indeed it was an insightful and engaging discussion attended by over 70 participants. The panel brought together experts to address the complex issues facing immigrant and trans populations in the current landscape of immigration enforcement and trans healthcare.

The panelists responded to thought-provoking questions, covering the latest trends in immigration enforcement and trans health, and their direct impact on vulnerable client populations. Discussions highlighted the heightened threats to family safety and the ways clinicians can offer support to clients facing such dangers.
