On March 29th, a beautiful spring Saturday, over 100 attendees came together for the 8th “Across the Lifespan” Conference—part of PCGS’s long-running series dedicated to transgender mental health.

Keynote Highlight
Tiq Milan, a pioneering transmasculine advocate, delivered a heartfelt keynote reflecting on his personal journey. He spoke candidly about the importance of support from family and community in affirming his identity—especially during a time when trans issues were not yet part of mainstream culture. Milan urged attendees to remain unified and attuned as a professional community, especially in today’s challenging climate.

Engaging Presentations
Participants chose from 12 sessions featuring ICP community members who shared research, personal stories, and clinical insights—all deeply relevant to the needs of today’s trans* population.

Community Reconnection
After a long hiatus, it was heartening to see colleagues reunite—sharing conversations, ideas, and renewed energy and hugs!
