Jonathan D. Rubin is a senior partner with Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP in New York City. His practice areas include Medical Malpractice Defense, Long Term Care and Nursing Home Defense, Health Care, Products liability Defense and General Liability Defense Litigation. Mr. Rubin represents hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and health care professionals in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Rubin has given numerous presentations on topics including the litigation of complex medical malpractice matters and a variety of risk management issues for a wide variety of health professionals. Mr. Rubin also has particular expertise in the defense of mental health providers and has lectured extensively in this area.
